Conversational AI for internet-constrained environments
FrontM enables mobile-led interactions for businesses that serve users in remote spaces. It is a conversational AI app ecosystem that plugs into Airline or Cruise channels. It facilitates low-cost calls to satellite phones, offline messaging and automation tools optimized for satellite users. We worked with FrontM's founders defining the user's flows and designing both the web and mobile app.

Project Goals
The main goal of this project is to always provide creative solutions and intuitive interfaces for the new features of the application, keeping consistency and reusing the elements already designed.
Onboarding
At the beginning of this project, we created an intuitive onboarding process that turned up as a dynamic transition process that allowed users to learn to interact with artificial intelligence and learn what tasks it could perform with the bot.
At this stage, we defined all the main elements of the app: messages, forms, buttons, alerts, charts, etc.
Getting Bigger
We were able to build up all the new functionalities keeping consistency through the entire app the webapp and mobile app by reusing the elements previously designed. One of the biggest challenges we face was adapting the complex functionalities to small devices.
