Redesign
iCustomer is a social CRM platform created by Plusoft. It allows companies to search, monitor, and analyze comments about themselves on Facebook, Twitter, blogs, digital communities, and other channels by using sentiment analysis. We worked with the iCustomer team in the redesign and front-end implementation of their web-based application.

Project Goals
Our goal on this project was to create a more intuitive and efficient
interface that would reduce the learning curve for new users, without making it difficult for regular users to adjust.
Information Architecture
This online tool is complex and robust, and it includes a lot of features, such as publication scheduling, search filters, automatic analytic reports, publication feeling assignments through the use of Artificial Intelligence, and more.
Interaction Design
After closely working with the Plusoft team, we created a refreshed look and feel for both the Consumer Website and the Web App, that were now also responsive.
Final Design
